The Lamb at Satwell, located in this 'area of outstanding natural beauty' just outside Henley-on-Thames in Oxfordshire and is also close Reading in nearby Berkshire.
Our purpose is to offer exciting and regularly changing seasonal food menus, plus eclectic wine and real ale lists, all served in a welcoming environment steeped in history and atmosphere, whatever the time of year.
Originally built in 1520, The Lamb at Satwell has recently been sympathetically refurbished, retaining all the original beams, nooks and crannies and character of this 'chocolate box' country pub.
We also offer a private dining room, extensive BBQ and garden area, are noted in various publications including the Michelin Pub Guide, Sawdays, CAMRA Good Pub and Good Beer Guides.
Whether you live in the area, or are coming from further afield; whether you are joining us for a relaxing meal, or just popping in for a pint of our award-winning beers or glass of wine, our team look forward to welcoming you in The Lamb soon.
