Originally built in 1520, The Lamb re-opened in March 2009 under the new ownership of local residents Chris and Emma Smith, and established London restaurateur Nick Gross.

It now offers an exciting and regularly changing seasonal menu, plus eclectic wine and real ale lists, with emphasis on both quality and value. The Lamb is noted in various publications including the Michelin Pub Guide, Sawdays, CAMRA Good Pub and Good Beer Guides.

The pub and restaurant have recently been completely redecorated and refurbished, retaining all the character of this perfect English 'chocolate box' country pub, with a welcoming atmosphere whatever the time of the year.
